Everything inside the Pro Development Program

Daily Professional Training

Full-pitch sessions every day under UEFA and CAF licensed coaches. Technical curriculum designed by Coach Dan Elliott (Premier League Scout and Academy Coach).

4 Corners Development Programme

Structured development across all four dimensions:

1. Technical (ball mastery, finishing, position-specific skills)

2. Tactical (game reading, decision-making, video analysis)

3. Physical (strength and conditioning, high-altitude endurance training)

4. Mental (confidence, emotional resilience, discipline, leadership).

Competitive Match Play

You don't just train - you compete. Players are entered into Kenya's FKF National League and participate in organised tournaments throughout the season.

Full Match Recording via Veo

Every match recorded using professional self-filming camera technology. Footage is used for tactical review, building your player CV, and is shared directly with scouts, university recruiters, and your parents.

International Pro Showcase

An annual on-campus event where scouts and university recruiters attend specifically to evaluate TTA players. This is your direct access point to scholarships and professional trials.

International Pathway Access

TTA works with Sports Recruiting USA (Worldwide), FC Malaga City (Spain), and Soccerviza (US). Players who earn it are put forward for international scholarships, professional trials, and partner placements.

Strength & Conditioning Programme

Twice-a-week gym sessions. Structured physical development designed around football-specific athleticism: speed, agility, coordination, and endurance. High-altitude campus naturally builds cardiovascular capacity.

Weekly Mental Conditioning

Character development sessions covering confidence, focus, time management, emotional regulation, and leadership. Built around TTA's DREAMER values framework. This is what parents consistently say transforms their children beyond football.

Video Analysis & Tactical Review

Weekly sessions where you study your own match footage with coaches. Learn to read the game, understand positioning, and make decisions under pressure, not just react.

Academic Study Time

Structured study period every weekday (1:30–4:30 PM). Your education does not stop. It runs alongside your football development - because we build student-athletes, not just athletes.

24/7 Staff Presence & Pastoral Care (Residential Option)

Mentorship, supervision, and personal support around the clock. For parents: your child is looked after by staff who know them by name.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions Parents Ask

Question 1: Is my child safe on campus?

Yes. 24/7 staff presence including mentorship, supervision, and pastoral care. On-site medical and physiotherapy support. All training led by qualified, licensed coaches.

Question 2: Will their education suffer?

No. Daily study time is built into the schedule (1:30–4:30 PM every weekday). Academic progress is monitored alongside football development.

Question 3: What if my child isn't at the right level?

The application includes a scoring assessment. Players who don't meet the Pro Dev threshold receive honest feedback and may be directed to Elite Camp or Junior Academy as a better entry point.

Question 4: How does the international pathway work?

TTA works with Sports Recruiting USA, FC Malaga City, and Soccerviza. Players who earn it are put forward for scholarships, trials, and showcase events — including the on-campus International Pro Showcase Week.

Question 5: Can I see my child's progress?

Yes. All matches are recorded via Veo and shared with parents. End-of-programme reports are provided. Communication with coaching staff is ongoing.
